Global DEI training, built to scale and designed to resonate
Turnkey localisation for sensitive, compliance-critical learning
How Accentua supported Global Diversity Practice (GDP) with a global DEI rollout for a multinational industrial technology organisation, localising five eLearning modules into nine languages. Through a turnkey localisation approach spanning translation, voiceover and rebuild, the programme launched on time, preserved cultural nuance and reduced operational strain on internal teams.

Delivering global DEI training at scale, with cultural precision
Global Diversity Practice (GDP) helps multinational companies design and deliver Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies across multiple regions and cultures. The organisation works exclusively in the DEI space, supporting companies operating at scale in complex, international environments.
As part of its work with a multinational industrial technology organisation, GDP asked Accentua to support a global DEI eLearning rollout. The programme formed part of a wider effort to translate DEI ambition into structured learning that could be delivered consistently across markets, while remaining sensitive to local context.
Supporting a global workforce with consistent DEI learning
As part of its work with a multinational industrial technology organisation, GDP supported the rollout of a structured Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) eLearning programme. The programme consisted of five digital learning modules designed for simultaneous rollout across key international markets.
Given the sensitivity of the subject matter, English-only delivery was not sufficient to support meaningful engagement or shared understanding. For DEI learning to be effective, participants needed to engage with complex and personal concepts in their own language, without losing nuance or intent.
When English-only learning isn’t enough for sensitive global training
The project required DEI content to be localised accurately and respectfully across multiple languages, while maintaining consistency of tone, messaging and learning intent. Rollout timelines were fixed, and GDP needed to ensure delivery without placing additional strain on internal teams or risking delays.
Any inconsistencies, mistranslations or cultural missteps could have undermined learner trust and the credibility of the programme. The localisation partner therefore needed to take full ownership of delivery and manage both linguistic and operational risk.
A single localisation partner to remove complexity and protect delivery
Accentua worked as the end-to-end localisation partner for the programme, taking responsibility for translation, voiceover, subtitling and technical reintegration across all five modules.
Working closely with GDP and the end client, we designed a localisation workflow aligned with the learning design, platform requirements and cultural considerations specific to DEI. Human-led linguistic expertise ensured sensitive concepts were handled accurately and inclusively, while structured project management provided predictability, transparency and clear communication throughout the project.
Potential issues were identified early, with culturally appropriate alternatives proposed where needed. Decisions around voiceover balanced quality, timelines and budget, using AI voice technology supported by human oversight to maintain clarity and consistency across languages.
Fully localised DEI modules, ready to deploy worldwide
End-to-end localisation and learning support
Accentua provided full eLearning localisation services, including translation, AI voiceover with human review, subtitling and captioning, and technical reintegration into the client’s learning platform. All work was managed under a single workflow, with quality assurance applied throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Scope and delivery overview
The project covered five DEI eLearning modules, fully localised into nine languages. On-screen text was adapted to manage text expansion and reading speed, while captions and audio were carefully timed to preserve the learner experience. All assets were delivered fully reintegrated and ready for immediate deployment, with no additional hand-offs required.
Clear outcomes for a complex global learning programme
GDP and its client were able to launch the DEI programme on schedule across all target regions, with consistent core messaging delivered in a culturally appropriate way. Learners engaged with the content in their own language, without compromising the integrity or intent of the original learning design.
By outsourcing full ownership of localisation, internal teams were freed from day-to-day coordination, technical oversight and last-minute troubleshooting. This reduced operational strain and helped avoid delays or rework that could otherwise have impacted programme credibility.
For multinational industrial organisations, DEI training carries both cultural and reputational importance. A structured, reliable localisation approach ensured mandatory learning was delivered accurately and respectfully at scale. The localisation model established through this programme now serves as a reference point for future DEI and leadership training initiatives.
A trusted extension of the delivery team
Accentua made it possible for us to offer a genuinely global DEI solution without sacrificing quality or overloading our internal team. It felt collaborative – more like an extension of our delivery team than a vendor.
