- 75% of customers in non-English markets are more likely to buy again if customer care is in their language.
- Companies using language capabilities are 30% more successful in exporting than those that don’t.
The Institute of Translation & Interpreting echoes this with a simple truth:
“Can’t Read, Won’t Buy.”
