Reflective Business Practice – After the wash-up, what would you change?  

Hindsight is always 20:20 vision, and when the project is complete, and the deadline has passed, it is easy to gloss over any process issues experienced along the way in favour of the overall ‘job well done’. There’s a temptation to forge ahead with the next project in the pipeline.    

However, the value of reflection on both individual experiences and collective lessons learned, can yield process refinements and the chance to seek alternative methods as part of continuous improvement.
